Shipping policy
Delivery Time:
Your order is usually shipped within 1-5 business days after we receive your order. Please note that during short weeks (weekends), delivery times may be slightly longer due to suppliers, carriers, and warehouses being closed. Therefore, please order well in advance. If you are in a hurry, we are here to answer your questions and advise on delivery options and times – please send an email.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs apply. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when an item is added to the cart. Adding or removing items from the cart may change the shipping method depending on the number of products, weight, and volume.
Delivery Method:
Delivery of ordered goods is handled by a shipping company. Your order will be sent to the nearest shipping agent or to your mailbox.
Transport Responsibility:
If the item is damaged or lost during transport from us to you, we are responsible.
In case of a return to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.
Transport Damage/Wrongful Dispatch:
If the damage is visible, you as the customer should report this directly to the shipping agent upon receipt of the shipment. Once the item is handed over to the customer, we cannot take responsibility, so in the case of clear or significant damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Ask the driver/agent to make a note of the damage on your copy of the shipping slip.
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, this should be reported immediately to our customer service, and you as the recipient should file a damage report with the respective shipping company. Always save the packaging to ensure that the claim can be handled correctly. This is a requirement for us to send out a replacement item. A product that is incorrectly delivered should be reported as soon as possible to CaraTech AB.
To claim the damage against the carrier, you as the customer need to report the damaged goods immediately. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage, so it is important to unpack and check that the product is in good condition as soon as possible after receipt.
